Ah, I wish we didn't have to do this, but I learned about the new regulation only a few weeks ago, right in the middle of the busiest time of the year.

From tomorrow, 12th of December at 8pm (UK time) I will disable shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland.

If you follow other small businesses, I'm sure you already heard about the GPSR. I'm still learning about all the details and I hope to get it sorted in January. Keeping selling to the EU is extremely important for me - not to mention that I do most of my conventions there, as you well know ahah!
(And as far as I know, the new regulation impacts in-person sales too)

I hope to resume accepting online orders from February. Next month I'm moving to a new studio and will stop working with the fulfilment centre, meaning that I'll restart fulfilling orders in-house. I have a few things to sort out :)
