This exciting development will give us more time to design new and cool things for you.
And we won't need to close the store every time were too busy at events or taking a break!

Bear in mind that for this reason unfortunately we won't be able to add a custom gift note to your order.

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been sent.

All the orders to the United Kingdom are sent with Royal Mail, Tracked 48.

The UK shipping is free for orders over £50! Whoop whoop!

We now collect VAT with your purchase! It means that there will be no extra fees charged upon delivery of your order! (orders up to 150 euro total). Whoop whoop!

If you'd like to spend over 150euro (thank you!), we recommend placing multiple orders.

European Union include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

International orders are sent with International Tracked.

Please note that with orders placed outside of the UK and the European Union, you are responsible for any incurred fees which may be collected upon the delivery of your order.

• Orders to EU destinations usually take around 5 working days.
• Orders to the US/Canada/Rest of World usually take around 7 working days.

- for International Tracked, please allow 21 working days after dispatch before contacting us about missing orders.

We started shipping exclusively with tracked shipping from April 2024. If your order was shipped before April 2024 with International Standard (not tracked) please allow 6 weeks after dispatch before contacting us about missing orders. We're aware that this can very frustrating, but unfortunately sometimes we experience serious delays even within Europe.

If you wish to return or exchange your order, please contact us as soon as possible at jesswashere.studio@gmail.com.

We accept returns and exchanges as long the item is returned in its original condition and dispatched within 14 days from the date your receive your order.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and for the shipping cost of the new item.

If you paid for any customs fees, please bear in mind that you might be charged again once you receive your replacement.
