INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All the USA orders placed between the 16th and the 22nd of January have been sent by courier.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at jesswashere.studio@gmail.com.
If the order hasn't been dispatched yet, we will process a refund.

Returns

If you wish to return or exchange your order, please contact us as soon as possible at jessicaciccolone@gmail.com.

We accept returns and exchanges as long the item is returned in its original conditions and dispatched by 30 days.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

Shipping

Your order will be dispatched in 3-5 working days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been sent.

All orders will be packaged in the most eco-friendly packaging we can source. The pink plastic bags we use to send the t-shirts are made of recycled plastic and they are recyclable!

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, but please bear in mind that we're a team of one human, and two raccoons. And the raccoons are very lazy.
This is a one-person show and things can get slower during the busiest periods, such as sales, shop updates, online markets and holiday season.

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom with Royal Mail.

Orders to the United Kingdom are sent with Royal Mail, second class (not tracked).
If you order is talking longer to be processed, we are going to send it with first class :)

The shipping is free for orders over £35! Whoop whoop!

International orders are sent with International Standard (not tracked) or International Tracked and Signed.

You can select your option at the checkout.

Please note that with orders placed outside of the UK, you are responsible for any incurred fees which may be collected upon the delivery of your order.

 

  • Orders to EU destinations usually take around 7-10 days.
  • Orders to the US/Canada/Rest of World usually take around 7-14 days.

 

Unfortunately International orders might take longer than that. Tracked Shipping generally is faster than untracked.

We ship to the European Union but please be aware that you are likely to be charged VAT upon the delivery of your order together with some eventual handling fees. Sadly these changes are out of our control but we hope to be able a better service in the near future.


If you prefer, you can shop at our
Etsy store where the VAT will be collected directly at the checkout!
However, some Etsy customers from Germany and Sweden let us know that they had to pay VAT again at the moment of delivery. If that happens, please contact us and we will let you know how to ask for a refund from Etsy.

- for International Tracked and Signed, please allow 21 working days after dispatch before contacting us about missing orders.

 

- for International standard (not tracked), please allow 6 weeks after dispatch before contacting us about missing orders. We're aware that this can very frustrating, but unfortunately sometimes we experience serious delays even within Europe.
