Shipping

We've resumed shipping to the United States!
For any products that are effected by tariffs, taxes are already included into the product price. We will ship your order as Delivered Duty Paid, meaning that any import fees are already prepaid through the courier and your order will arrive without any additional fees.

If you incur any extra charges, please let us know at hello@jesswashere.com

Paper goods such as prints and artbooks are exempt from tariff and remain their original price, yay!

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.

Your orders will be packed with love and care by our team members Tash and Natelle!
Orders are generally dispatched twice a week. We will dispatch more frequently during large product drops and holiday season.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been sent.

 

All the orders to the United Kingdom are sent with Royal Mail, Tracked 48.

The UK shipping is free for orders over £60.

Orders up to 150 euro total: We now collect VAT with your purchase, this means that you won't pay additional fees at delivery!
Just bear in mind that some countries might still apply additional charges we don't have control on. And from our experience, some EU customers were still charged for VAT upon delivery.

Orders over 150 euro total:
you might be subject to both import duties and VAT and we're not responsible for those charges (sorry about that!)
To avoid any extra charges we r
ecommend placing multiple orders.

European Union includes: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

International orders are sent with International Tracked.

Please note that with orders placed outside of the UK, European Union (under euro150) and United States you are responsible for any incurred fees which may be collected upon the delivery of your order.

  • Orders to EU destinations usually take around 5-14 working days from dispatch date.
  • Orders to the US/Canada/Rest of World usually take 7-21 working days from dispatch date.

- for International Tracked, please allow 21 working days after dispatch before contacting us about missing orders.

Ooops! Sorry about that! Mistakes can happen sometimes.

If this is the case, let us know as hello@jesswashere.com and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding!

Returns

If you wish to return or exchange your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@jesswashere.com

We accept returns and exchanges as long the item is returned in its original condition and dispatched within 14 days from the date your receive your order.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and for the shipping cost of the new item.

If you paid for any customs fees, please bear in mind that you might be charged again once you receive your replacement.

If you are a EU customer, bear in mind that you might be charged for customs fees once you receive the replacement. Unfortunately we can't cover those extra costs.​

 

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@jesswashere.com
If the order hasn't been dispatched yet, we will process a refund.
