SHIPPING & RETURNS

Your order will be dispatched by 2-3 working days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been sent.
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, but please allow some extra days during the busiest periods, such as sales and online markets.
All orders are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail, 2nd class, not tracked.
International orders are sent with Standard Shipping (not tracked).
Please note that with orders placed outside of the UK, you are responsible for any incurred fees which may be collected upon the delivery of your order.
We are still shipping to the European Union but please be aware there may be extra fees charged up upon the delivery of your order. Sadly these changes are out of our control and we still don't know how much these fees may be.
If you prefer, you can shop at my Etsy store where the VAT will be collected directly at the checkout!
Because of the current COVID-19 emergency, We'll be posting via post box, to minimise the contact with the post office staff.
Please contact us if you require a tracked shipping.
Orders to the UK should arrive within 2-3 days of dispatch.
Orders to EU destinations usually take around 7-10 days.
Orders to the US/Canada/Rest of World usually take around 7-14 days.
Orders to the US/Canada/Rest of the World may take longer due to the current emergency. Please allow up to 21 working days after dispatch before contacting me about missing orders. In spring 2020 some orders to the USA took up to one month to get delivered.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the order hasn't been dispatched yet, we will process a refund.
Return and Exchange
If you wish to return or exchange your order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com.
We accept returns and exchanges as long the item is returned in its original conditions and dispatched by 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
